There are a significant number of differences between US and Canadian Nutrition Facts tables and related regulations.  Some of the differences include:

• Canadian nutrient definitions (impacting the calculation of some of the mandatory nutrients), declaration threshold levels, and label rounding rules.

• Lab analytical techniques used by the CFIA for compliance testing, are narrower and more exacting than those of other countries.
